All payments / sales are final unless otherwise specified. We carefully evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that certain categories of payments are explicitly non-refundable as detailed below.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that no refunds will be made against the following:
- Subscription fees
- Life Membership fees
- Conference fees
- CME (Continuous Medical Education) fees
- Event fees
- Donations
- Special Subscription fees
- Registration for Events / Enrollments / Initiatives (like, but not limited to, Diary, Marathon, Tournaments, Activity or any related programme ) fees
Once payment is made for any of the above categories, it is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Processing Time
For any eligible refunds (not covered under the non-refundable categories above), please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method. The exact timing may depend on your financial institution's policies.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund for services not covered under our non-refundable policy, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the refund request. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
