The inauguration ceremony of various programs was held on Wednesday 13th April 2022 at Chemist Bhavan in Hingoli in the presence of NIMA members of the district and all Ayurveda and Unani graduates on the occasion of National Integrated Medical Association Foundation Day. The event was presided over by Dr. Gajanan Dhadve, Spokesperson of NIMA Maharashtra, while Dr. Prakash Jadhav, District Infectious Diseases Officer, Dr. Satish Pachpute, Zilla Parishad Member, Dr. Pradeep Vishwambhar, Dr. Devidas Aade were the chief guests and Dr. Bhagwan Giri, Dr. Nitin Sanap, Dr. Laxman Kadam, Dr. Anil Dange, Dr. Kalbande, Dr. Deepali Dhadve, Dr. Vaishali Giri, Dr. Ragini Sawale, Dr. Bookshetwar. In the presence of all the medical graduates from Hingoli district, the image of Lord Dhanvantari, the adored deity of health, was lit and worshiped by the dignitaries. The event also paid tributes to Dr. GS Kulkarni Sir, President of NIMA Maharashtra and all the doctors who lost their lives while providing health care during the Corona period. Welcoming remarks were made by Dr. Bhagwan Giri. Attendees were welcomed by Dr. Sumedh Dhabdage, Dr. Ragini Sawale, Dr. Rajesh Dhamne, Dr. Punjab Londhe, Dr. Seema Deshpande. At the hands of dignitaries, all 134 attending graduates who provided health care regardless of their own family during the Corona epidemic were honored as ‘COVID WARRIORS’ . All the dignitaries expressed their views in which they stated that public service should be done by organizing various activities for the public health service and also announced the inauguration of the NIMA Amrutmohotsav program. After this Sangeet Rajni, Snehamilan, Snehabhojan was organized. Dr. Sushil Sawale, Dr. Harish Rishi, Dr. Prajakta Mene, Dr. Bhagwan Giri, Dr. Nitin Sanap, Dr. Jotsana Aade sang in Sangeet Rajni. The event was organized by NIMA Hingoli and NIMA Women’s Forum Hingoli. Graduates from all over the district attended the event. The program was moderated by Dr. Prajakta Mene and the vote of thanks was given by Dr. Nitin Sanap. All NIMA office bearers cooperated for the success of the program.
