NIMA-WF Gadag in association with Nityam Yoga Kenda Gadag inagurated a 7 Days Free Yoga Camp for Members and women.\u00a0The Inauguration took place on 12 th June 2022 at Shri. Chidanand Math Samudaya Bhavan.Children of the Yoga class demonstrated yogasanas in a dance form. Nityam Yoga Kenda Yoga Guru Mrs. Sumangala Hadli spoke about the benefits of Yoga to women.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Yoga camp participants shared their experiences of the effect of yoga on their health and  on their house hold activities.    Yoga Guru of Nityam Yoga Kenda .Mrs. Sumangala Hadli was felicitated by our association. Children and 25 women benefitted from this Yogacamp.Lassi  packets were given to the participants.   Chief Guest of the function Dr. Suvarna Nidagundi HOD.Rasa.Shastra Dept. D.G.M.Ayurvedic Medical College Gadag spike about Effects of Yoga to all age groups and  home treatment of common diseases of young girls and women. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
